Quantity
In the absence of designer chairs from brands like Herman Miller or Vitra, our purchasing policy requires a minimum quantity of 50 items of the same type or more. For instance, eligibility would entail having 50 or more matching desks, chairs, or similar items.

Condition/Type
Given the discerning tastes of office furniture buyers, we prioritize relatively new and well-maintained furniture. Items with scratches, rips, or dents do not meet our purchasing criteria, and we refrain from accepting old or outdated furniture. Generally, multi-colored or branded items pose challenges for us in terms of resale.

Consistency
If you don't have very large quantities (100 - 10,000 items), we prefer the furniture to be matching. For instance, if you intend to sell office chairs, they should ideally match and be of the same brand for us to consider the purchase.

Valuation
We specialize in purchasing substantial quantities of furniture and offer highly competitive prices. Upon evaluating the three aforementioned standards, we'll provide a quotation that considers our removal costs from your site.
